 By accessing and using the website and app, you agree to accept, without modification, limitation or qualification, the terms and conditions contained herein (the "Agreement"). You represent and warrant that you possess the legal right and ability to enter into this Agreement and to use the website and account that creat specialy for you in accordance with all terms and conditions herein.

Rates include applicable hotel taxes. Tourist, local and city taxes which generally include the use of local services may not be included. If city tax needs to be paid at the hotel, this information might be shown in Remarks and on the voucher.

Some hotels, particularly in Europe, USA & UAE do charge a resort fee which must be paid to the hotel directly. Bookingcw is not responsible for resort fee charges and have no control over their implementation.

Currency exchange rates generally change on daily a basis depending on the fluctuations in the market. Bookingcw reserve the right to update room rates displayed on the website depending on any market fluctuations.

Any changes relating to currency exchange rate fluctuations will not affect the rates of an already confirmed booking. Likewise, once a booking has been booked and confirmed at the rates you have accepted, there is no refund for any difference in rates due to exchange rate fluctuations.

Corporate account:

Individuals or institutions can buy several accounts with lower price than our published prices, according deal with Bookingcw and resell them again to their customers or employees. All accounts opened by them will be valid and have similar rights as accounts of our valued customers. It also applies the same terms and conditions declared by Bookingcw, there are no exceptions, the institution or the individual must commit that any of their buyers will follow the rules otherwise the account will closed immediately. Owner of the corporate account has full responsibility and all accounts will be opened through them.

Corporate account can pay up tp 600K USD available limit but they cannot sell any of the individuals accounts less or higher than Bookingcw published rate.

Corporate accounts can buy available limit and split it into many individual accounts required. However, they have to return to Bookingcw to decide the category of each account.

Bookingcw has the right to close any deal or account when any of our terms are broken. Keep it note that indivdual-accounts are for personal use only.

Bookingcw will send all benefits of all accounts as each account has different benefits and how to apply them on the website.

Local Market Rates

 

Not all of the hotel rates are displayed on the Bookingcw website are applicable for the local market where these hotels exist. In addition, some other markets may be affected and in such cases the hotel is within their rights to change the rates without prior notice.

You agree that passenger nationality declaration is mandatory and must be determined by selecting Client Nationality at the time of booking.

This information must be in accordance with the passenger passport. False declaration of passenger nationality may cause consequences for which we cannot be held liable. If you do not change Client Nationality, Agency Nationality will be taken as passenger nationality by default. In case, any financial damage occurs due to false nationality declaration, it will be covered by the agency towards your customers or to us in full.

Hotel Information and Facilities

Hotel star ratings aim to give a general overview of the quality of the hotel and approximate level of facilities, services and amenities available. However, this rating system does vary from country to country. For example a 5* Bangkok hotel will not be the same as a 5* London hotel. Bookingcw are not responsible for the hotel categories and star ratings as these have been provided to us and accepted in good faith.

Photographs and Maps are provided for information purposes only. While Bookingcw strives to present hotel and map information as accurately as possible, we do not accept any responsibility for the accuracy of this information or for any errors and/or omissions. We suggest that you view the hotel website or contact the hotel directly to obtain the most recent photographs, complete information and location directions.

Cancellation

The customer is has to pay the subscription value for his account through the avilable payment methods for him. These amounts are non-refundable and cannot be recovered from the company once his account is created, as each customer has his own account and it cannot be shared or replaced with another customer account.The cancelation policies of each reservation made with Bookingcw will be available on the website prior to confirming the booking and these policies are 100% accepted by the client when confirming them. All requests to modify and/or exonerate the already confirmed reservations are not guaranteed.

During special event periods, certain dates and early bird type bookings, the hotel may pass on a different cancellation policy of which you will be informed as soon as Bookingcw are notified.

Any booking which offers free nights or early booking savings are liable to certain restrictions which we will inform you about as soon as Bookingcw are notified. Generally these restrictions are; No name changes and no extension or reduction of nights. If you have booked a stay that includes 1 night free and your client decides to cancel, the free night will not be refunded because this is free.

Any reservation, service or last minute product is 100% NON-REFUNDABLE regardless of the policy of individual cancellation published or not published.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

The customer who makes the reservation, either directly through our company or by using this site or through any of our affiliate companies that we rely on to provide services. This site is provided for you and requires your acceptance of it without modifying the terms, conditions and notices contained in it and in force at the time of making the reservation. By entering this site or using it in any way, you agree to be bound by the agreement. Please read the agreement carefully because it contains important information about the limits of liability and dispute resolution from During arbitration and not by resorting to the courts. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, please do not use this site. Be sure to return to this page periodically to review the latest versions of the agreement. We reserve the right to change or amend the agreement without prior notice at any time at your own discretion. Your access to or continued use of this website constitutes your acceptance of the updated or modified agreement. 

Important warning:

Kindly note, the reservations accepted are only for members, for non-members any bookings made and paid, will not be confirmed and the payment is non-refundable.

Complaints

Any complaint which cannot be resolved at the hotel must be notified to us by email with the subject message 'Complaint'. All complaints must be notified to us within 15 days of the check-out date.

A copy of the complaint must be submitted to and signed by the hotel manager. Complaints relating to hotel services will be forwarded by Bookingcw to the relevant party.

The Provider shall use its reasonable commercial endeavours to ensure the data provided in the System is accurate and updated. However, the information provided in the System has been sourced in good faith.

The Provider cannot guarantee that it is completely free of mistakes or omissions. We obtain as accurate information available from the service providers.

For any technical error of the Provider, the provider will inform the client’s customer service centre in the best terms and conditions to solve the problem.

Bookingcw has no control over any extra charges that a hotel may decide to their implement for guest room incidentals such as air conditioning, safe, mini fridge, hire of television remote etc. Such charges must be paid directly to the hotel and Bookingcw cannot be held responsible for any incidental charges passed on by the hotel. Likewise, Bookingcw has no control over any fees that a hotel may pass on for luggage storage, Sauna, spa, swimming pool use and car parking fees, etc.

During the festive season, essentially Christmas and the New Year, there are hotels which impose a compulsory gala and guests must pay any supplement for the gala dinner. Our company is not always informed about Gala dinner supplements and Bookingcw cannot be held responsible for any gala supplements passed on by the hotel.

Important

Bookingcw reserve the right to correct any pricing or displayed errors and/or omissions. This includes errors and/or omissions which have been entered by an hotelier or local agent. In the event of a price error and/or omission, we will offer you the choice of either keeping the booking at the correct rates, cancelling the booking or subject to availability we will offer you a suitable alternate hotel.

Please note that nightly room rates might increase after a confirmed amendment even if you decrease the number of nights. This might be either due to changes in currency exchange rates or promotions on the original booking date.

Bookingcw are not responsible for any of the services provided in terms of cosmetic services or medical services, as the responsibility will be on doctor or the centre providing the service.

Keep in note that Account after Registration is Valid for a Lifetime & You can find the contract between you and website according your deal with our sales person in your proile ( Remarks / Contracts ) section

Our company guarantees absolute discretion on any price subject to availability. Our price guarantee, by publishing promotions that are equally comparable to other sites, gives us the confidence to return any difference of amount to our customer, if another offer in the market promotes a more competitive price. 

How to use your points:

Our points system gives you special gifts according to the amount of points you have gained. You will find all the point details on your account once activated and you start using your account, You will earn points at all your bookings through website except flights reservations, Your points will be automatically applied from the system through the loyalty bank after you complete three bookings from your account, International flights have been excluded from the loyalty bank in order to avoid conflict with the aviation companies's loyalty program.

Payments

We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in USD.

bookingcwa & Bookingalex  one of Bookingcw (www.bookingcw.com) Group and we accept payments through websites (bookingcwa.com, bookingcwb.com & bookingcwalex.com & liverpay.com)

Minors under the age of 18 are prohibited to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.

If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.

When a booking has been made by a 3rd party Bookingcw reserves the right to request proof of ID from the credit cardholder as well as a signed authorization form.

The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
