Existing reservation cannot be cancelled and rebooked under lower promotion.

Booking Mechanism: Match Tickets are not included. Upon receiving the booking request, a quotation will be provided within 3 working days, excluding weekends. Availability is subject to change prior to booking, we require to recheck from source and will be advised within 3 working days. Written email confirmation will be sent once full pre-payment has been received along with copies of FIFA match ticket & each guest valid passport copies (minimum 6 months). 100% Non-refundable, Non-amendable and Non-transferable. Blocking of space is not possible, prepayment in full is required By beginning of Oct 2022, verification process will start for all the confirmed bookings and might take from 7 working days and above. Subject to change as per deciding committee. After Verification, an official confirmation letter and number for the booking will be provided. Ticket holders must apply for a digital Hayya Card, the entry permit to the State of Qatar and stadium (along with the match ticket).
